Estelle, barquentine, from Port Chalmers, daily. George Noble, barquentine, from Newcastle, early. Enterprise, schooner, from Wanganui, early. Nightingale, brigantine, from Kaipara, daily. Wave, brig, from Newcastle, early. Bells, from Lyttelton, early, Waitohi, from Dunedin, early. Napier, from Dunedin, early. The s.s. Go-Ahead* is expected from Northern ports on Friday, and will sail for the South the same day. There are about 150 tons goods awaitine steam carriage to Dunedin at the present ime. The s.s. Beautiful Star arrived from Dunedin this morning, in place of the s.s. Waitaki, due yesterday. She sailed later on for Wellington Owing to some disarrangement of the N.M. and A. Co.’s timetable the Waitaki was taken off the Dunedin-Timaru route this week, for a trip North. But there is no truth in the report that she is to be permanently stopped, and her place supplied by a smaller s f eamer. She will resume running shortly, and will probably arrive here from Northern ports on Friday on her way back to Dunedin.
