London, June 30 v Great efforts have been made by tho United States Government during the past year to reduce the National debt, and a reduction of 100,000,000 dollars has been effected. July 3. The movements of Fenians in England are causing considerable anxiety to the police authorities, who are tracing them out with the utmost vigilance.
