FPeb Times Special Wieb.l Visitors to the Exhibition. Dunedin. July 9. Over 600 persons arrived in this city this morning by exhibition trains. Mr J* H- Sealy and “Are we to Stay Here*” Invercargill, July 9. Mr J. H. Sealy of Timaru, lectured to a good audience on the desirability of substituting a progressive land tax for the property tax. The Mayor occupied the chair. Mr Seeley's views met with great acceptance, and he was accorded a unanimous vote of thanks. A large’ number of his pamphlets, “ Are we to stay here” have been sold today.
