TENDERS will be received at my office until Noon on WEDNESDAY, the 13th July ,1881, for printing the Electoral Roll for the District of Timaru, They must be addressed to the Registrar of Electors for the district of Timaru, and marked outside “ Tender for Printing Electoral Roll.” Conditions. 1. The number of copies to be printed is two hundred and fifty. 2. The paper, type, and size of pages to be. according to sample to be seen at my office. 3, The tender to state the rate per page, which must cover all expenses of composition, presswork, paper, folding and stitching, and alterations and corrections in proofs. Blank pages not to be charged for. 4. Proofs and revises to be furnished in duplicate to the Registrar of _ who will return the same to the printer within two days after being received. 5. Should the printing of the Roll not be completed before the 25th day of July, 1881, the contractor shall forfeit the sum of ten shillings for every day beyond that date during which the work shall remain unfinished. 6. Security, to be approved by the Registrar of Electors, to be given for the due performance of the contract. 7. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. J. E.
