The no-confidence debate was again continued to a late hour in the Legislative Assembly last night, and was finally adjourned to to-day’s sitting. In the Legislative Assembly, the debate on the no confidence motion, was resumed to-night. A division took place, resulting in an equal number of votes for and against the motion. The Speaker, the Hon Peter Lalor, gave his casting vote in favor of Government, and the motion was consequently negatived.
