[Reuters Agency.J The ;Mail f London, Juno 22. The Homeward mails via Suez and Brindisi, which left Melbourne on May 10th, were delivered hero to-day. Parnell visits America. It has transpired that MrjParnoll will shortly pay another visit to the United States. Robbed his Master Telegrams are to hand from Tunis announcing that a warrant having been issued on a charge of peculation agains the Bey’s steward, ho has taken refuge with the British Consulate. It is not stated, however, whether ho has received the protection he sought. ReleasedConstantinople, June 22. Intelligence has been received from Bulgaria staling that the Liberal leaders of the National Assembly, who were arrested yesterday on a charge of attacking Prince Alexander and insulting the Government, have been releasad, in consequence of public agitation against their arrest. Much sympathy is manifested in Eoumelia with the Bulgarian agitators, and the action of Prince Alexander is generally condemned.
