[Reuter's Aqency.j Unsettled Bulgaria. London, June 8. The relations between Prince Alexander of Bulgaria and liis Parliament, which have for some time been of an unsatisfactory character, have now become most discordant. The Prince’s demands for reform in the system of Government have mot with much opposition on the part of the members of the National Assembly and a large section of the community. Much difference'of opinion exists, however, and considerable disorder prevails in the Principality which is now declared to be in a state of siege. St. Petersburg-, June?. It is announced here that the Russian Government has determined to support Piince Alexander of Bulgaria in his demands for reform in the Government of his Principality.
