At a meeting ot the Committee of the Moat Refrigerating Compady, it was stated 1200 out of 4000 shares in the Company are already taken up. The machinery will bo ordered from Home directly the share list is sufficiently complete. Invercargill, June 8.
At an adjourned meeting of the Executive Committee of the Southland Frozen Meat and and Produce Export Company held to-day the draft prospectus, which provides that the capital shall be £IO,OOO in £5 shares, was adopted. The working out of the scheme was left in the hands of the Provisional Directors.
