[Reuter’s Aqengy.j The Burning Question. London, June 3. In the House of Commons last night a stormy scene occurred during the consideration of the Irish Land Bill in Committee, owing to the obstructive tactics of the Irish members. Mr J. O’Kelly, the Member for Roscommon, was the most disorderly, and was finally, by the Speaker’s orders, suspended for the remainder of the sitting. Both Houses of Parliament now stand adjourned to the 9th inst., for the Whitsuntide recess. Owing to the continuance of disturbances in Ireland further reinforcements of troops have been ordered across the channel to augment the forces in the disaffected districts. The Police in Ireland arc now actively engaged in searching for arms in houses of suspected jiersons, in accordance with the powers conferred by the Irish Arms Act. Eastern Affairs. Constantinople, June 3. The Foreign Ambassadors in this city are strenuously urging the Porte to expedite the partition of territory in Thessaly and Epirus which is to bo ceded for the extension of the Greek frontier. Athens, June 3. Commissioners have now been appointed by tbo Greek Government to carry out the terms of the Frontier Convention with Turkey, in conjunction with Commissioners to be appointed by the Porte.
