London, June 1. Consols remain at 102 f. New Zealand securities are unchanged, the quotations being : —5 per cent 10.40, 105 ; 5 per cent 1889 loan, 105; 4f per cent 18791904 loan, 103. Adelaide Wheat, ex warehouse, 495, and New Zealand wheat, 455. Adelaide flour, is quoted at, 33s 6d. Australian tallow, best beef, per cwt, 84s 6d; best nautton, 87s. Best Scotch Pig Iron,No. 2, free on board in Clyde, has declined to 46s 6d. Galvanised iron, 26 gauge, has advanced to £lB per ton. Tenders are invited to-day on behalf of tne New South Wales Government fora loan of 205,000 to bear interest at the rate of 4 per cent. June 2. Consols, 102 f. Fank and market rates of discount remain respectively at 2f and If per cent. The total reserve in notes and bullion in the Bank of England is £14,750,000 ; New Zealand securities are unchanged. For best sides Australian hides prices are firm, especially for heavy kips. Adelaide, June 3. Town flour is quoted at £ll 10s. and country brands £lO 10s. Wheat remains at 4s 9d.
