[Rboter's Agency.j A Steamer CapsizedLondon, May 24. News has been received from Canada that a terrible accident has occurred near London, on the Thames, in the province of: Outario. An excursion steamer with several hundred persons on board capsized, and one hundred and seventy-five perished. Found GuiltyThe trial of the editor of tha German Socialist organ, " Die Frieschet," issued in London, for publishing an article in March last eulogising the murder of tho Czar Alexander 11, concluded to-day. The prisoner was found guilty by tho jury, but sentence of the Court has been deferred. ObstructiveThe course of business in the House of Commons is again being seriously impeded by the Irish members, who have revived their obstructive tactics towards various measures now before the House.
