CLIPPINGS.
Mr Healey, Mr Biggar and Mr ’ O’Donnell now enjoy the pre-eminence of having been twice suspended. If they are suspended the third time the suspension lasts for a week, and the House has power to decide that it shall . continue for the rest of the season. At the present time many of our readers may like to be reminded that the late Sir George Colley was the author of the excellent' article “ Army ” in the new edition of “Encyclopedia Britannica.” The article, which occupies some sixty pages, was one of the few writings of the lamented general.
