Captain M’Cullum has just received a telegram from the Heads stating that the Peruvian barque Fra> Buentos is anchored outside the Heads in six fathoms of water. Pilot Paton is on board but the captain will do nothing for him. He willneither shift outnor move for safety, the ship is in danger. Coxswain Milne requested Captain McCallum to communicate with the agents. A signal has been run up from the Fray Buentos to the effect that someone is drowned. Later. The, barque is anchored half a mile outside the heads and will be towed in to-night. There is no disturbance and; no drowning.
