[Reuteb's Agency.j Settlement of the Greek Difficulty. London, May 2. In the House of Commons to day, Sir Charles Dilke, Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, made a statement regarding the negotiations for the settle \ ment of the Turco-Greek difficulty. He announced that the Sultan had finally accepted the understanding which had been arrived at between the Porte and the Hellenic Government.
