BREVITES.
France has always considered Tunis to be exclusively within the sphere of her political influence, but Italy by no means, acquiesces in this, and considerable coolness exists between the two countries in consequence. The present appears to be a good time for newspapers in Blenheim. The “Express,” the daily paper, has been enlarged to nearly double its late size, and the “ Times,” hitherto a bi-weekly, now comes out three times a week.
