TBIAIUT—THIS DAY. (Before 11. Bcctbam Esq., 8.M.) THE CHARGE OF ' ETAIXING GOODS BY FALSE PRETENCES. Walter Senior Waring charged with obtaining goods by false pretences from a tradesman at Geraldine, was remanded at the request of Inspector Pender, to Geraldine, bail being accepted in the meantime, accused in ii2s and two sureties of £25 each. ALLEGED LARCENY. William Oldfield Pad ford was charged with stealing a gold chain, greenstone pendant, and bone ornament of the total value of £7. Inspector Ponder applied for a remand until Tuesday, which was granted. UNEEGISTEED DOGS, W. Husband and M. 11. Hawkins were charged with possessing unregistered dogs. Husband’s case was dismissed ; Hawkins was lined ss.
