An Assessment Court for the Levels District was held at Washdyke to-day before R. Beetham, Esq., Judge. Mr F. W. Stubbs, appeared on behalf of the Road Board. Only six objections were lodged. In the Seadown Ward, Mr H. Belfield’s property, rated at £165 was reduced to £IOO. The name of Arthur Gabilies was substituted for John Hamilton, and several other alterations in names were made.
