The President (Mr Evans) said that this was the case. Mr McHerrow said that Monday was a vez-y inconvenient day on which to hold Committee meetings and he would advocate a change. Mr Ford then proposed and Mr Rhodes seconded a notice of motion for consideration at next meeting that in future Committee meetings be held the second Saturday in each month at 2 p.rn.
