HERR BANDMANN AND REYNOLDS.

AN UNREHEARSED TRAGEDY. Cheisxchuech, March 7. Great amusement was caused in town to-day by the practical and visible outcome of a quarrel amongst the pros at the Theatre. It appears that Reynolds and Bandmann having disagreed, the latter issued some bills on the occasion of Miss Beaudet’s benefit relegating Reynolds to the tag, rag-, and bobtail of the Company, and exhibiting his own and other names in very large type. This Reynolds resented, and getting bills printed reversing the position of affairs he tore down the others and stuck up his own. This little game was continued all day ; as fast as Mein Herr got fresh bills they were torn down, and his billsticker was even assailed, and had his bills forcibly taken away from him. Bandmann then said he would not play the “ Duke’s Motto,” advertised to-night, and wanted to play the “ .Lady of Lyons ” instead, which was a dead failure before, but Reynolds dared him to do so, unless he guaranteed a house, Bandman, not to

he beaten, got a doctor’s certificate, stating that he was in such a state of nervousness and excitement that he must not play any parts in which any amount of physical exertion was needed. The “Lady of Lyons,” was consequently produced. There are rumors flying about which lead to the belief that .the affair which has created no small amusement in town, will culminate in a law court. Owing to the peculiar position which Reynolds holds as actor and manager, some knotty points are expected to be presented for solution.
