Nominations for the Tirnaru Cup, Flying Handicap, S.C.J.C. Handicap, Hurdle Race, and Winter Oats Handicap to be made to the Secretary not later than Friday, March 18, at 8 p.m. Weights to lie out on Thursday, April 21. Acceptances, with sweep and general entries, up to 8 p.m.on Monday, April2s. No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition—that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decisions upon all points connected with the carrycarrying out of this programme shall tie final. All entries and acceptances must, be in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, Grosvenor Hotel, Tirnaru, and contain entrance money, sweepstakes, qualification fee, description, age, and name of horse, and colors to be worn by the jockey. Qualification fee to be enclosed with the nomination, or the nomination will bo invalid. South Canterbury Jockey Club Rules will he strictly adhered to.
