THE ALBION COLLISION.

SECOND EDITION

[By Telegraph.]

Auckland, Feb. 26

The judgment of the Court was as follows ■“ The Court is unanimously of opinion that no blame attaches to Captain Garrard or the officers of the Albion, and returns their certificates. If the crew of the Isabella Pratt could not make out the steamer, how could the steamer’s look-out make out the Isabella Pratt? The Court are of opinion that the Isabella Pratt standing on into the steamer’s track was foolhardy, and that the collision might have been avoided had the schooner gone about when the steamer was first made out. No order for costs.”
