[By Telegraph.] (Per Tararua at the Bluff.) VICTORIA. Melbourne, Feb. 15. Parliament opens to-day, when Berry moves the second reading of the Reform Bill. There are only three other measures of importance before the House—the Land Tax Bill, Judicature Bill, and Mining Board Abolition Bill. Very little public interest is .taken in the reform question, and it is intended to close the session at the earliest date possible. The Governor is suffering from a slight indisposition, caused by lumbago, which prevented his attendance at the Executive Council yesterday. The Commissioner of Trades and Customs has made further important concessions to aid in facilitating the removal of goods from bonded stores. These concessions are now extended to goods for exportation. Sir Samuel Wilson proceeds to England shortly, and will consequently resign his reatin the Legislative Council. It is stated that Alexander Wilson will probably be a candidate for the vacancy^ NEW SOUTH WALES. Efforts are still being made to float the Collaroy, but all have quite failed. It is believed the vessel will become a total wreck. A telegram from Wilcannia states no doubts remain regarding the value of the gold discovered in the Gray ranges.
