First Day—Feu, 3, Hurdle Each ; weight for age, Clarence 1 Agent ... 2 Only two started, Agent being a longway tiic favorite, Clarence led round the iirst turn, but afterwards fell hack. Both took all (he leaps splendidly. Approaching the straight Clarence came up, taking the last hurdle three lengths behind Agent, and then came up rapidly and won cleverly. Wkllixgton Cup. Natator 1 Libeller 2 Dan 3 For the Cup Lady Emma was scratched owing to the accident to her imported jockey, Williams. Eight faced the starter, Natator (Derritt) being the favorite, with Libeller and Dan high in the public favor. The start was not a good one, Norseman hanging on the post. Luna and Mischief 'had the best of it, holding the lead past the Stand, with Dan third and Natator hard held in the rear. At the back of the course Dan assumed the lead, and Natator and Libeller came up and passed Dan and led up -the straight, the former winning by a couple of lengths, Dan a fair third, Sir George fourth, Norseman fifth, and Luna going easily, last. Eandwick, who was fourth about the entrance to the straight, parted company with his rider (Hawkins), who, however, was only slightly shaken by the fall. Time—3miu BSsecs.

The Hack Kace was won by Tim Whifiler from a field of ten, after a very good race.

Flying- Handicap. Luna 1 Dan 3 Cassivelaunus filly ... 3 Libeller was scratched for the Flying Handicap. Seven started, Luna and Dan being almost equal favorites. Luna got away first but soon relinquished the lead to The Governor for a short time, and then came up grandly, close pressed by Dan, and won by a head, after the best race of the day, Mr Keen’s Cassivelaunus fillj being third. Time —Imin ISsecs.

Second Day—Fed. 4. There is a poor attendance on the course. Acting on instructions the police have stopped all games of chance.

; HUTT PARK STAKES. Randwick 1 Luna 2 Mischief 3 Billingsgate, Miss Domett, Dean, Sir George, and Governor were scratched. This was a grand race, and was won by three lengths, one length separating the second gnd and third horses. Badsworth bolted before the race, and galloped over the course twice, and on coming to the post again Randwick kicked him and injured the bay. Badsworth therefore did not start. Time—2min. Ifisecs. HURDLE HANDICAP. 5 Clarence ... ... .. 1... Grey Mornus ; 2 Agent ... 3 Five started. This was a good race, and Clarence won by a length. Raven led till three-quarters of a mile from home, when he fell. Time—4min. 30sccs.

Randwick has been scratched for the Racing Club Handicap, and the Ladies’ Purse.
