Mails close at the Chief Post Office Timaru, for the following places (subject to the necessary alterations) as under ! aturd iy, Feb. 5. For Northern Ports of New Zealand per Wanaka, at 2.50 p.m. The next mail for the United Kingdom via Brindisi will close at Timaru on Tuesday, Feb 8, and will be due in London on March 31. (Signed) W.
