In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act 187(5” and the several Acts amending the same and of the bankruptcy of Edward Henry Brewer a debtor. This is to notify that the creditors of the said Edward Henry Brewer of Temuka in the county of Geraldine New Zealand saddler having failed to elect a trustee I have under the provisions of the abovementioned Acts appointed Thomas Hall a certificated accountant in bankruptcy to be creditors’ trustee of the debtor’s estate and that the said Thomas Hall has duly accepted the said trusteeship.
