Mr Galbraith informs us that the statement made in Court to the effect that he was suspended as station-master at Washdyke for irregularities in his books, is at variance with the facts. The following is a copy of the'official letter which he received from the General Traffic Manager Christchurch, Dec. 28, 1880. Mr o. E.
