[Reuter’s Agency, j The Dutch Rebellion in Africa. London, Dec. 21. Further telegrams to hand from the Cape regarding the rebellion in thcTransvaal announce that the telegraph lines between Heidelberg and Pretoria were cut before the Boers proceeded to the former place. Hews of the outbreak was, however, soon received at Pretoria, and the Governor of the Transvaal, Sir George Colley, at once gave orders for all available troops in the district to be despatched without delay to Heidelberg where the Boers arc, as already announced, in complete occupation. The oOth Pegiraeut has been ordered for service at Natal. Railway Collision. A serious railway collision has occurred at Leeds. Xiimerick in Revolt Limerick, Ireland, has been proclaimed a disturbed district. An Insolvent Epidemic. Hew York, Dec. 21. A panic has taken place at Chicago, owing to numerous grain failures through the price of wheat falling.
