Wymond, draper, kelson, have resolved to prosecute him for presenting a fraudulent balancc«sheet. Good Templarism. The annual session of the Grand Lodge of New Zealand of the 1.0.G.1. was opened last night. There was a large number ofveprosentatives from all parts of the colony present. Jhc report of the Grand .secretary showed an increase of two in the nmnbei of lodges. The number of members has decreased bv 504, the total on the roll being 7090.' At 8 o’clock this evening u testimonial is to be presented' to J. W. Jago, P.O.W.C.T.
