[Keutek’s Agency, j Irish Reform. Loxno.v, Nov. IS. A Cabinet Council was held again yesterday, but no decision was come to as to the policy to be pursued in Ireland. The question of holding a winter session of Parliament was also considered but was likewise left in abeyance. It has transpired that Mr Chamberlain, President of the Board of Trade, demands of his colleagues that reforms shall be carried out in Ireland, together with the coercive measures which they' propose to adopt. A very heavy snowstorm has fallen in Scotland. The Franchise. In the House of Lords Cord Granville made a speech in which he stated that Government had resolved to pass a Bill which would assimilate borough and county franchise. Disaffected Tribes. Calcutta, Nov. 18. News has been received that a revolt of the native tribes has broken out in Calcutta. A Town Deserted. VIKNNA, Nov 18. Two thousand persons have lied from Agram in consequence of the earthquakes. The Austrian Government makes a loan of dO,OOO llorins to the town for its restoration. 1800 workmen are already engaged in re-building the public buildings and residences which have been destroyed.
