Dervish Pasha, the Turkish Commander, refuses to grant any further delay,and threatens to use force to make the immediate transfer of the town to Montenegro. A Town Demolished, Vienna, Nov. 13. Further severe shocks of earthquake have been experienced at Agram, which lias suffered most terribly. Half the town has been completely destroyed.
