[Heuteii’s Agkkc-v.J Ministerial Stratagems. Piusnaxe, Nov, 5. The Committee of Enquiry appointed to examine into railway contracts have made their report, which is signed only by the Ministerialists, and which relieves the Hon A. H. Palmer, Colonial Secretary, and the Hon Thos. McIlwraith, Colonial Treasurer, from the charge of being contractors, and recommends that a further report be sent to England to enquire into the matter, which still remains unexplained. The Oppositionists protest against this course asserting that Hcmmant’s allegations have been proved, and urge that a lioyal Commission be sent to England forthwith.
