MAGISTERIAL.
TIMAIUJ—THIS DAY. (Before E. Bcetham, Esq., E.M.) civil cases. In the following cases judgment was given for the plaintiff with costs : O’Dowd v. Johnson. £1 2s ; Johnson’s Trustees v. Isaac Hill, £2 18s lOd ; Hamerslcy v. Doig (interpleader summons.) judgment was given for the amount paid into Court —£25 18s. C. Goodman v. James Kirhy, £23. Mr White for plaintiff ; Mr Hamerslcy for defendant. This was a claim for injury alleged to have been done to a buggy and pair of horses which the defendant had hired. As Goodman was merely the servant of the plaintiff Mr White elected to take a nonsuit. Miller v. Wigley—Claim £2 4s 8d ; judgment for defendant. The Court then adjourned.
