No confirmatory intelligence has been received regarding the reported anarchy iu Cabul and murder of the Ameer. The postal service between Cabul and the frontier has failed for a week, and no despatches have been received during that time. Austro-German Harmony. V IENNA, Oct. 28. Baron Dc Hamcrle, the Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs, made a speech to-day, in the course of which he said that a complete understanding existed between his Government and that of Germany iu regard to the pobey to he pursued iu south-east Europe, and they would act in common for the settlement of qusstions now peudiug.
