NEW ZEALAND GRAND NATIONAL STEEPLECHASE CLUB. A general meeting of the N.Z.G.N.S. Club was held at the Grosvenor Hotel on Wednesday. Mr A. Turnbull was elected chairman. The following officers were appointed; —President, Mr M. Studholme 5 vicepresident, Mr E. Menlove ; secretary, Mr Clulee ; committee, Messrs A. Turnbull, C. Turnbull, J. 11. Raine, F - J. Kimbell, T. Teschemaker, F. Egan, H. Maclean, and A. St. G. Hamerslcy. It was resolved to hold the next race meeting on May 24, 1881. A few important alterations in the rules were made and the meeting adjourned.
