The accused was then further charged with damaging Government property while in the lock-up during the night. The destruction of the article in question having been proved the accused was fined 12s fid additional. The money was paid. CIVIL CASKS. Hamerslcy v Doig (interpleader summons) ; adjourned to November 2 by the Court. Deputy Commissioner of Land Tax v Green and another ; adjourned to November d. King v Timaru Gas Company ; adjourned to November 5. The Court then adjourned.
