AUSTRALIA.
[Reuter’s Agency.] The Exhibition Electrified. Melbourne, Oct. 15. The Conversazione at the Exhibition last night was a complete success, 13,000 persons being present. The building was illuminated by electric lights. Many Courts, including the New Zealand were closed. The question of opening the Exhibition at night is being much discussed. Sir Herbert Sandford, British Commissioner, has protested against it being done.
