IN THE DISTRICT COURT of TIMARU and OAMARU Holden at Timaru. In the matter of “The Debtors and Creditors Act 1876” and of “The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1878” and of The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1879 ” and of the bankruptcy of William White of Makikihi in the Provincial District of Canterbury New Zealand farmer a debtor. Notice is hereby given that application will be made to this Honorable Court on behalf of the abovenamed debtor on such Court day as shall fall next after ten days after the publication hereof for an order of discharge. In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act 1876 ” and the Acts amending the same and in the matter of a bankruptcy petition against John Hall of Albury New Zealand carter a debtor. Upon the hearing of this petition this day and upon hearing the counsel for the petitioners herein and upon proof satisfactory to the Court that the above-named debtor has committed an act of bankruptcy and that he is indebted to the petitioners in the sum of £SO and upwards It is ordered that the said John Hall be and he is hereby adjudged bankrupt And it is further ordered that the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon of Monday the first day of Novemer 1880 shall be the day and the time and the District Court House Timaru the place for the said John Hall to appear before this Court to be examined from time to time as provided by the first above mentioned Acts. Given under the seal of the Court this 14th day of October 1880, By the Court, J. E. ALLEN, Clerk, This is to notify that John Hall of Albury in the Provincial district of Canterbury New Zealand carter was adjudged a bankrupt on the 12th day of October 1880. The first meeting of creditors to be held at the District Court House Timaru on Wednesday the 3rd day of November 1880 at the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon. And it is hereby further notified that the said John Hall will be and is hereby required to personally attend such meeting for the purpose o,f being examined thereat.
