[Reuter’s Agency.] Another Burmese War, London, Oct. 12. Intelligence has been received from Rangoon that a force of Burmese troops numbering 1000, has assembled on the British frontier, and are making preparations for an attack on Allanty’s garrison. That place is being strengthened, with a view to possible hostilities. Teheran, Oct. 12. From native sources, it is reported to be the intention of the King of Burmah to demandindemuity from Great Britain for the late Mjoungohe rebellion and it is also further stated that the appearance of Burmese troops on the frontier is believed to be for the purpose of suppressing the Dacoitese. The Port© on its Knees. A note has been received from the Porte announcing its intention to cede Dulcigno to Montenegro, and hopes that this step will prevent any further display on the part of the combined fleet, and that it will at once be abandoned.
