Property-holders who have made returns on the old Forms may if they wish, withdraw them and substitute statements in the new form. New Forms have been issued and posted to the known addresses of all persons who have not made returns on the forms issued under the Act of 1879, but any person who may_ not have received a new form may obtain one at the offices of the respective Deputy Commissioners, or at any country Post-office.
