CRICKET.

[By Cable.] London, Sept. 2.8 The cricket match was resumed this morning at the Crystal Palace, between the Australians and Players of England. The former scored 133 in their tirst innings ; the Players were therefore 48 to the bad. In the Australian innings, McDonald was caught for 28 runs. The Plavers in their socond innings scored 82, all out. Palmer and Boyle again bowled well, the former taking G and the latter 3 wickets. The Australians then required 40 runs to win the match. They went in for their second innings, and'when the stumps were drawn for the day had put together 10 runs for 3 wickets down. There was a thick haze over the ground all day, which seriously interfered with the play.
