Intelligence lias been received regarding the action o£ the combined European licet, now at Ragusa in the Adriatic, which had been sent as a naval demonstration against Turkey. The news is to the effect that Vice-Admiral Sir Paget Seymour, who commands the whole squadron, recently despatched an ultimatum to Ali Riza Pasha, the commander of the Turkish forces at Dulcigno, demanding the immediate cession of that town and district to Montenegro. No answer has as yet been returned by Riza Pasha, neither have any steps been taken by him to execute the demands of the Powers «ade through the British Admiral. n
