For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, India, Africa, and Mediterranean Ports, and u.-tralian Colonies,as follows: Money orders, registered letters at 2 p.m. Ordinary letters at 3.30 p.m. Late fee letters at the Chief Post Office only, till 4 p.m. The European portion of the above mails will be due in London on Nov. 11, 18S0.
