[Reuter’s Agency, j Enforcing- the Berlin Treaty. London, Sept. 17. The Groat Powers have presented an ultimatum to the Porto, strongly insisting upon the cession of Uulcigno to Montenegro, and active warlike preparations are being made by the combined fleet, now at llagusa, for the purpose of enforcing the same. General Roberts on his Trial. Calcutta, Sept. 17. An enquiry has been ordered to be held into the causes which brought about the defeat of General Burrows, at Caudahar, when attacked by Ayoub Khan’s forces. General Pluiyrc has becu*appoiuted presiding officer at the enquiry.
