TEMUKA LICENSING COURT.

Wednesday, Sept. 15. (Before Messrs Guinness, Coy, and Gam mack, Commissioners.) EXTENSION oe time. Sergeant Carlyon stated that the improvements at the Temuka Hotel, to which a conditional license was granted, had not been carried out. Mr J. Ollivior explained that the contractor had been called away to Christchurch, hut the contract would be finished in eight weeks. The Commissioners decided to extend the license to Mr Ollivicr for two months.
