[Reuter’s Agexcv.j Railway Catastrophe. ■London, Sept. 12. A serious railway accident occurred at AGmxlxall to-day. Two trains came into collision, and 31 passengers were killed and wounded. An attempt has been made to wreck a train on tbe North Western Railway near a place called Uusliey. Dynamite was used by the culprits. Europe United against Turkey. Intelligence has been received that the French war ships have joined the squadron at the Austrian port of Uagusa. Distribution of Trinkets. Kept. 13. Generals Stewart and Roberts have received the Grand Gross of the Order of the Hath. Roberts on tbe Rise. ; Calcutta, Sept. 13. G(moral Roberts’ third brigade has marched to Rishcen, on the road to the Rohm Pass, from Candahar. General Roberts has been appointed Commandcr-in-Giiief of the, Madras Army. Turkish Movements.
