CRICKET.

[By Caulio], AUSTRALIANS v. ALL ENGLAND. London, Sept. 8. The cricket match, Australians versus All Fjiglaad, was resumed to-day at the Oval. The Australians continued their second inning's and made a splendid stand against the howling - of the Englishmen. T!ic inning's dosed for 1127 runs, Murdoch being- not out for 153. Alexander scored 30 and was caught. The Horne team then requiring 57 runs to win the match, went in for their second innings. They obtained the required number with the loss of five wickets, and won the match by live wickets. There was again a large attendance, and great interest was taken in the contest. The weather throughout the three days play was very tine.
