AUSTRALIANS v. ALL ENGLAND. London, Sept. 6. The match between All England and the Australians was commenced to-day. The Home team went in first to the wickets, and when the stumps were drawn for the da}' had lost eight wickets for 410 I’uns. Mr W. G. Grace scored 152. The attendance was very large. The fielding of the Australians was excellent, and the weather throughout the day was very fine. A capital wicket was pitched and the ground was in good order. Spofforth was absent.
