CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
SECOND EDITION
The annual general meeting of the Chamber of Commerce took place this afternoon.
Previous to the meeting, The following gentlemen were elected as the committee for the ensuing twelve months : —Messrs Evans, Chisholm, Granger, Gibson, Sutter, Archer, Rutherford, H. J. Ssaly. The Secretary read the third annual report, and also the annual balance sheet; which showed the receipts to be £95 14s 9d; and expenditure £ls 7s 7d; thus leaving a balance in hand of £SO 7s 2d.
