MR BRUCE'S MILLS.

Intending investors in the Tiniaru Crain, Flour, and Sawmills Company arc reminded tliatthc share list doses on Tuesday next. The object for which this Company is projected, its special claims to local support, and the promising'character of the undertaking are so well known as to require hut slight reference. The mills are centrally and conveniently situated aud the business now carried on comprises the manufacture of Hour, oatmeal, pearl barley as well as dressed timber for building purposes. Au inspection of the works shews that they arc provided with a complete and valuable plant. In the timber mill the machinery is capable of turning out 10,000 feet of dressed timber per day, while the Hour, oatmeal, aud pearl barley mills are able to prepare for the market 25 tons of these commodities daily. The works have a frontage to the railway so that trucks can be loaded or unloaded with case and despatch. In every possible direction manual labor has been economised by the introduction of improved

machinery.
