Ti 10 Bill in troiluccd b_y Government tor granting - compensation to Irish tenant tanners tinder certain conditions came again under consideration in the House of Commons last night. The amendment which was adopted on Saturday, lixing the conditions on which landlords would be required to make compensation, was, after further discussion, negatived, and the Bill finally passed through Committee. German Officers in Turkish Smploy. In the House of Commons the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in reply to a question, said the German Government had in no way encouraged German officials to go to Turkey to take part in that country’s financial administration, but had cordially proposed to co-operate in concert with other European Powers in that direction.
